The company launched the 12-acre Prestige Parklane in Devanahalli with 1,788 homes, 1.7 million sq ft of saleable area and ₹1,750 crore in potential revenue. A 10-acre project of 655 premium apartments, 0.93 million sq ft, is valued at ₹1,100 crore.
