Australia received a boost for their three-match ODI series against South Africa with Pat Cummins and Mitchell Starc available again. The two fast bowlers return as Australia prepare for a series beginning on September 24 in Durban, followed by matches in Johannesburg and Potchefstroom. Their availability adds pace and experience to an attack that had been affected by selection and fitness concerns. South Africa, meanwhile, are preparing for the series with Marco Jansen expected to lead their pace attack after injuries to other senior fast bowlers.
